We understand that not all of our patients have dental insurance. For those patients, we offer a budget-friendly in-office dental discount plan. Our affordable dental discount plan includes the following:

  • Two Comprehensive Exams ($122 Value)
  • Yearly X-Rays ($160 Value)
  • Two Regular Dental Cleanings ($214 Value)
    *In the absence of periodontal disease
  • Two Fluoride Applications ($98 Value)
    *Patients aged 16 and under
  • Free Emergency Exams
  • 10% Discount for Other Care During Membership

Annual Premium: $188 Per Person

  • No Pre-Enrollment Exam
  • No Deductibles

Program Guidelines

  • This is a discount plan and not a dental insurance plan.
  • This benefit is invalid at other dental offices or by other dental providers.
  • Your savings plan cannot be used in conjunction with other dental plans.
  • Workman’s compensation, referrals to a specialist, hospitalization or charges, and dental costs covered under medical coverage are excluded.
  • Orthodontic savings require enrollment throughout treatment.
  • Enrollment fees are not refundable.
  • Refunds will not be issued at any time if the participant decides not to utilize the plan.
  • Patient responsibility for dental costs is due at the time of service.
  • Perio maintenance is allowed twice yearly at a reduced fee of $50.
  • Additional 5% discount for prepaid services with cash or check only.
  • The benefits plan does not apply to elective procedures.
